Abstract
English Tutorial Video of how to become a good newscaster in breaking news for UKM E-Club was the writer’s the final project. The basic reason the writer chose this project was based on his observation. The writer found that the members of UKM E-Club especially newscast division were difficult to understand the material in training process because of the video was from native speaker. This project focused on providing media to help the members of UKM E-Club more understand in how to become a good newscaster for breaking news. Moreover, an aspect that made this project more interesting was the real example of how to become a good newscaster that was shown in audio visual CD. The material of tutorial video divided into four sections; opening, steps of how to be a good newscaster, example of breaking news with the title was about One Direction and closing. In making this tutorial video, the writer used four steps; setting the theme or scene, developing the theme (making script), shooting and editing. The writer had problems in finishing his final project such as time limitation. When the writer developed idea especially making a script, he found the difficulties about choosing the resources as references in having the best script. Fortunately, the writer consulted it with his supervisors and they helped to revise the product in order to get a better result. By learning from this video, the member of newscast division could understand in how to become a good newscaster easily. The writer believed this media was helpful for the trainer and also the members of UKM E�Club.
