Abstract

Human resources with a high level of productivity are needed by a company. Health and safety factors have an influence on the safety and comfort of an employee when their work. This research was conduct to Inseminator Dinas Peternakan Situbondo Regency. Variables that used in this research are Work Safety (X1), Work health (X2) and Work Productivity (Y). The purposes of this research were to analyze the influence of the independent variables according to partial test, together test and determine which is the variables that dominant influence to Productivity of Inseminator. The analysis techniques that used in this research are multiple linear regressions including the coefficient of determination, F test and t test. The results of this research are showed that: 1) Variable Safety and Health as simultaneously influence Productivities of Inseminators, 2) Variable work Safety and Health as partial has effect to Productivities of Inseminators, 3) The most dominant variable in this research is variable Safety
