Abstract

This study aims to identify and assess the edamame soy supply chain management at the PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh, analyze performance supply chain management and analyzing alternative supply chain management development policy based on the evaluation of the supply chain.The research design used in this research is the type of survey research by observation and interviews with the farmer's partner, PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh and Outlet using questionnaires. Based on the results of studies using performance analysis of supply chain PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh have not been integrated, implementation of supply chain management soy edamame still do not have a good performance in terms of partnerships and alternative development policies, among others, credit support in the form of capital assistance to farmers partners and trust building intended for cooperation partnership that exists on the basis of trust can be perceived consistently by all parties.
