Abstract

PTPN XII (Persero) Banjarsari Bangsalsari District of Jember is an BUMN plantation company whose main products of cocoa and rubber. In 2014 PTPN XII (Persero) Banjarsari Bangsalsari District of Jember has conducted training inspection tap tapping of rubber in order to increase the production of latex, but latex production still declining. The purpose of this study describes and analyzes the factors that influence the production of latex and to examine whether there is influence of independent variables on the dependent variable either partially or simultaneously and the most dominant influence on the production of latex in PTPN XII (Persero) Banjarsari Bangsalsari District of Jember. Then proceed to analyze and determine the areas of the elasticity of latex production. The research design used in this study is a type of survey research, population in this study is the head of the plant, the head of the tapping, head of production and head of HR. Data used Data Time Series 2010-2014 latex production. The data was processed with SPSS version 16.0 multiple linear regression model Cobb- Douglas function assuming OLS (Ordinary Least Square) we concluded that the test results F all independent variables simultaneously significant effect on the production of latex PTPN XII (Persero) Banjarsari District of Bangsalsari Jember , In the t-test, only the variable Management (Old Clock Process Tapping) that significantly influence Latex Production Levels In PTPN XII (Persero) Banjarsari Bangsalsari District of Jember. For the elasticity of production areas are in the area I means that the area is not rational or irrational. While most dominant variable affecting the production of latex PTPN XII (Persero) Banjarsari Bangsalsari District of Jember is variable Management (Old Clock Process Tapping).
