Abstract
PTPN XII Gardens Kotta Blater is that move in the field processing Rubber Smoked Sheet (RSS), the quality of the resulting turns always varied and still are products outside of RSS I, which defines the company does not fill the standard specifications of quality RSS I applied as the main products by the company. Based on these statement needs to do a research about the quality of the Ribben Smoke Sheet in PTPN XII Kotta Blater Gardens as one of Indonesia Riben Smoke sheet producer. This research aims to determain the quality control Ribben Smoke Sheet, application of control chart and capability proces at PTPN XII Gardens Kotta Blater. The research method using a analysis Pareto diagram control chart, diagram ishikawa and capality proces. The results of the reseach showed that PTPN XII Kotta Blater Gardens implement quality control test called pick test. based on np-control chart on the observation of an known number of disability are the points that came out of the control limits so that the process has not been able to fill quality control in statistical. While the value of capability proses (Cp) is 0,86. This mesn that the proces capable to produce a Ribben Smoke Sheet 1 by 86%.
