Abstract
The medical records of patients with dengue haemorrhage fever in hospitals Genteng Banyuwangi still not accurate and complete. Incompleteness of quantitative analysis contained in No.RM (80%), the name of the patients (100%), address (100%), sex (50%), people who can be contacted (80%), the recorded evidence (70%), validity records (30%), the date (40%), time (30%), fixed line (40%) and corrections (40%). Quantitative data is not complete, then the qualitative data can not be justified. The purpose of this study was to analyze qualitative medical record file dengue haemorrhage fever patients the period January - June 2016. The method used qualitative data collection through observation and interviews. The results of this study are still many incomplete charging inpatient medical record file dengue haemorrhage fever patients by referring to the management of DHF disease belongs to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia in 2004. Thus the quality of medical records of patients with dengue haemorrhage fever administratively and medically still not good. Qualitative analysis should be done once a month so that medical records can be a good guideline for the medical care of patients and required good cooperation to all authorized medical officer in charge of medical records.
