Abstract

The era of information technology at this time has grown very rapidly. More people are required to prepare themselves as best as possible to face the development of science and technology. Daily census reporting system inpatients in Rizani Paiton hospitals have not been utilized information system and still use manual system, so data processing report less than optimal. There is often a delay in reporting daily census inpatients and calculations still using calculators. The purpose of this research is to make the application of recording and calculation of daily census data of inpatient in Rizani Paiton hospital to overcome the existing problem at this time. The method used in making this application is a waterfall method that includes analysis, desani, coding, and testing. The results of this study itself is the creation of an application to facilitate the processing of data into a daily census report inpatient in need and overcome the problems that arise because of the report processing system manually. The development of recording applications and calculation of daily census data of inpatients with WEB-based programming in Rizani Paiton hospitals has been made with the results of existing system analysis and according to the method used, as well as the design of forms that have been made in accordance with the manual form or the needs of the hospital And can facilitate the filling of the form.
