Abstract

UPT PT and HMT (Unit Pelaksanaan Teknis Pembibitan Ternak and Hijauan Makanan Ternak) Garahan Silo Jember is a technical implementation unit of the East Java Provincial Livestock Service that deals specifically with the breeding and breeding of sheep and goat sheep as well as breeding of forage feed, not only sheep and goats in di UPT PT Jember also conducted breeding of beef cattle and dairy cow. The number of sheep in the recording is very large which amounted to about 700 heads, and who handled the recording of one livestock recorder The imbalance between the number of sheep with the number of sheep recorderswill make the work of a livestock officer inefficient and effective and in addition when looking for livestock data takes a long time because it must check one by one data in the ledger.With the problems arising from the above statement needs a system that can help the livestock recorder in overcoming the data collection and recording of the livestock or recording so that it can facilitate an officer in recording the data of sheep
