Abstract

Daily census of inpatient at Islamic Hospital Masyithoh Bangil mention that daily census is activity of recording or calculation of inpatient patient which done every day in the inpatient room. The daily census contains patient information for 24 hours from 18.00 WIB until 17:59 WIB the next day. The daily census of inpatients as controller of hospital admission and exit is very important in reporting and efficiency indicator of hospital service which will be used as a reference in decision making. A quality information system is needed in the process of collecting and processing the daily data of inpatients so that it can produce quality information. The purpose of this study design and Making Daily Census Information System in Hospitalization of Islamic Hospital Masyithoh Bangil Pasuruan by using waterfall method, from the results this research obtained stages include Analysis and definition of requirements, system design and software is Flowchart Document, Context Diagram, Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), and table design, unit implementation and testing and Integration and system testing. This study uses a qualitative approach, where the process of collecting and retrieving data is done by interview, brainstorming, documentation, and literature study. The programming language used is PHP and HTML and MySQL database. The result of the system obtained is Daily Census Information System of Inpatient at Islamic Hospital Masyithoh Bangil Pasuruan Regency. The next researcher is expected to evaluate and develop the information system of daily senssu of inpatient care on the features and output
