Abstract

One of method estrus synchronization can help in Artificial Insemination (AI) program is using cosynch method. This research was aimed to search conseption level from estrus synchronization program with cosynch method. This research was conducted in PT. Ultra Peternakan Bandung Selatan (UPBS) from August 1st until 7 th 2016 with observation method. The result showed that from 200 dairy cow just 46 dairy was pregnant. This result can influenced from 2 factor, that is abnormalitas reproduction and age of dairy cow. Factor abnormalitas reproduction is cystic ovari and metritis who can decrease conception level in dairy cow. The other factor is age of dairy cow, conception level more higher in 2.5 – 3 years than the other older cows.
