Abstract

The purpose of this research is to design a supercharger to recreate the air pressure in to the combustion chamber. With the addition of a supercharger torque & power will be analysis after the power & torque will be comparison betwen standart motorcycle and supercharger motorcycle. Experimental method will be applied for research. This experiment focused on increasing torque, power & spesific fuel consumption. The result of the research is that with addition of supercharged will increasing power, torque & fuell consumption becomes more efficient. Adjustment to the main jet is properly the first act to be done before applied supercharger. A maximum power out put is 14,5 HP at 7924 rpm, a maximum torque output is 18,25 Nm at 5420 rpm, a spesifc fuel consumption is 0.071 kg/hp.h at 5000 rpm.
