Abstract

The problem occured in Health Center Banjarsengon when doing daily operation. Health Center Banjarsengon is not use Information System or SIMPUS actually in the proces of outpatient registrasion. The process of registration is mostly use manual recording, however the number incoming of the patient everyday is enough big, more and less 60 patients everyday. The officer usually find the difficulties in finding of patient file when registration process. Manually registration recording susceptible in human error, and the calculation of the incoming patient in a period which doing manually. It can make no accurate information and it often happen redudancy file. The purpose of this research is designing registration information system of outpatientin in Health Center Banjarsengon. This research use waterfall method for designing registration information system of registration information of outpatient in Health Center Banjarsengon, within the information system can solve the problem in outpatient registration and giving the convenience to the officer for knowing all administration about registration of the patient and saving all files which inputted to the computer and also help the process of making daily, weekly or monthly report. The advise that given by the researcher is increase by adding other modul like referring patient.
