Abstract

SIMRS at RSUD dr. Abdoer Rahem Situbondo had been implemented since November 1, 2006. Even though the system had been developed, there was still some obstacles in the use of SIMRS that had not been addressed until now. The purpose of this study is to evaluate SIMRS using the EUCS and TAM methods in RSUD dr. Abdoer Rahem Situbondo. The type of research used is quantitative analytic with cross sectional approach. The sample in this study are 50 SIMRS users. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire to obtain information about the satisfaction and interests of SIMRS users. The relationship analysis is performed by means of the Spearman rank test using the SPSS 16.0 program. The results of the descriptive test in this study can be concluded that the success of SIMRS is a good category when viewed from the EUCS method (content, accuracy, format, ease of use and satisfaction) and the TAM method (perceived usefulness, attitude and behavior intention). Meanwhile, the variable of timeliness of SIMRS success is categorized as not good. The results of the analysis in this study showed a significant relationship between EUCS variables including content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness on the satisfaction of SIMRS users in RSUD dr. Abdoer Rahem Situbondo, as well as the TAM variables including Perceived Usefulness and Attitude towards the behavior intention of SIMRS users in RSUD dr. Abdoer Rahem Situbondo. So it can be interpreted that SIMRS in RSUD dr. Abdoer Rahem Situbondo is declared successful when it is viewed from user satisfaction and behavioral intention.
