Abstract

The tofu waste is the waste of making tofu and has not been maximized utilization. The nutrition of tofu waste can be maximized by fermentation. The chemical composition of tofu waste can use to be the protein source. The aim of this research is looking for the effect of feeding fermentation of tofu waste as feed ingredient to Quality Carcass (Life Weight, Carcass Weight, Percentage of Carcass, Percentage of Chest) The result show that feeding fermentation of tofu waste is not giving significant effect for Quality Carcass of broiler duck, Eksperimental method will be used on this research. The result show that feeding fermentation of tofu waste is not giving significant effect for Quality Carcass of broiler duck, on P2 feed by mixturing BR1 is 80% with fermentation of tofu waste is 20% be able to increase the growth rate than P1 and P3. The farmers should consider giving the tofu waste of fermentation amount 10% - 30%, because it can help the farmers to improve the efficiency feed of the duck
