Abstract
Sorting system is generally done manually by human power, but there are some disadvantages when using manual systems among others require labor costs, need to use a shift system because of limited manpower, susceptible to errors due to human nature that tend to get bored to do the job is routine. For that we need a tool design prototype automated conveyor separator items by color using TCS 3200 sensor based plc. Which tool is very useful for companies and factories that rely on fruit sorting system and other objects for sorting system is no longer manually.
