Abstract

The registration information system inpatient care is the main picture in a hospital. The high incidence of complaints from patients who experienced stagnation in Dr. Saiful Anwar Hospital Malang cause patients get the service less effective and room availability information is not yet available to the maximum. One effort to improve the implementation of the information system of registration of inpatients at the Dr. Saiful Anwar Hospital Malang 2016 is through efforts to optimize the implementation of the information system of registration of inpatients at the Dr. Saiful Anwar Hospital Malang 2016 with 8 basic analysis is the support of top management, information systems management, user satisfaction, organizational culture, the use of information systems, the quality of information, internal control, and organizational commitment. Accordingly, this study used qualitative methods, data collection is done by using in-depth interview to the respondent and direct observation of the implementation of the information system of registration of inpatients. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the implementation of information system of registration of inpatients at the Dr. Saiful Anwar Hospital has not been met to the maximum of eight aspects of optimization that were analyzed. Ultimately affect service to the patients who showed a lack of quality of registration units Inpatient Dr. Saiful Anwar Hospital Malang itself. In this case, this research aims to design efforts to optimize the implementation of the information system of registration of inpatients at the Hospital Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang.
