Abstract

In 2010, Puger Community Health Centre has established SIMPUS. This SIMPUS has been only used on registration and report booth. In the early of 2010, Community Health Centre has established SIMPUS integrated in every ward, poly and administration booth. But unfortunately, there is no inter-poly integrated in this present SIMPLUS. Each poly do not have computer to input patience diagnosis. According to the clinic, this is happen because of the lack of the officer’s interest in exploiting SIMPUS so that inputting was given to the administration officers. The objective of this research was to explore the usage of SIMPUS in Puger Community Health Centre by using UTAUT method. The type of this research was descriptive qualitative research. The result of this research showed that Puger Community Health Centre officers interest in exploiting SIMPUS for the factor of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and social influence. However, facility condition had become the factor doesn’t support in exploiting SIMPUS and make the officer having lack of interest in exploiting SIMPUS.
