Abstract

Broiler is a type of chicken that has high productivity in meat production. This growth isn’t followed with good immune system so it need to give feed additive in feed ingredients that function to growth and immune system of broiler. The availability of the price of corn are inconsisten, it could touch up to create an alternative feed material in the animal husbandry world, one of them is corn fermentation called Dried Destiller With Soluble (DDGS). The aim of this research to study of giving DDGS in feed ingredients that could increase of performances of broiler. The method of this research used Completely Randomized Design. The observation used in this reseach are feed consumption, gain weight, conversion feed, the precentage of abdominal fat and carcass. The result showed that the effectivity of using DDGS was high significant (P<0,01) to consumption and convertion feed then give significant result (P<0,05) to gain weight and give not significant result (P>0,05) to precentage of abdominal fat and carcass. The treatment of giving DDGS will give good performace to broiler in using 5% level and performace broiler will decrease if using extra DDGS.
