Abstract

In accordance with the mandate of the 1945 Constitution article 31 concerning the government has issued various policies to realize education costs that are increasingly cheap and affordable for all people, one of them is the UKT system which is part of the Single Tuition Fee (BKT) deferred to each student based on his economic ability. The costs borne by students must be adjusted to the economic abilities of students, parents of students or other parties who finance them. UKT itself is divided into several groups. usually the cost of each UKT study program is different. Therefore a mechanism for filling in data and determining the UKT can be done online, so that it can increase efficiency and effectiveness and accelerate the process of determining the cost categories of UKT. By making an information system for determining the cost of UKT at the Jember State Polytechnic using the Fuzzy Tsukamoto method, it can determine the grouping of the costs of the UKT according to the conditions of the family's economic capacity and to accelerate the process of determining the UKT
