Abstract

The research aims to determine the effect of giving you probiotics as supplementary feeds with different concentrations on broiler carcass performance. MiloRusa Probiotics as a supplement with different concentrations of broiler carcass performance. MiloRusA Probiotics contain Lactobacillus sp, Bifidobacterium sp, Streptococcus sp, and Bacillus sp. The research method applied is Complete Random Design (CRD). Every time there are 5 meals, there are 200 broilers. The treatments used consisted of P0 as a control (without probiotics), P1 (5 ml/kg feed), P2 (10 ml/kg feed), and P3 (15 ml/kg feed). Parameters consisting of live weight, carcass weight, carcass percentage, and abdominal fat percentage. This study uses Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). The results showed that administration of MiloRusA probiotics as supplementary feed was not significant (P>0.05) on the final maintenance weight, carcass weight, carcass percentage, and percentage of abdominal fat. The results of the study concluded that the implementation of MiloRusA probiotics could not affect the performance of broiler carcasses.
