Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the effect of the Occupational Safety (X1), Occupational Health (X2), on Work Productivity (Y) of the employees at the sorting section Koperasi Agrobisnis Tarutama Nusantara Jember. This study is survey research – the researcher collected the data by spreading the questionnaires, tests, and structured interviews, while for the samples taken from 30 respondents. The analysis technique in this study used are multiple linear regression analysis, analysis of the determination coefficient, F test, and t test using the SPSS 21.0 for Windows. The results showed that occupational safety (X1), occupational health (X2), simultaneously contribute a significant effect on the work productivity (Y), and partially occupational safety (X1) has a significant effect on work productivity (Y), while the occupational health (X2) has a significant effect on work productivity (Y). The variable that has dominant influence on work productivity (Y) is occupational safety (X1).
