Abstract

In the development of information technology , some health authorities in Indonesia to develop its own information system . For examples Jember Health Office which has been developing and implementing a health information system in every health center since 2010 , with the hope of some manual work can be expedited and streamlined . Of the 49 health centers in Jember known as much as 15 health centers that have implemented the PHC Management Information System (SIMPUS) . The purpose of this study was to evaluate the management information system based on the perception of health center users with methods Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) in Jember Regional Health Center . This type of research is a quantitative descriptive study with cross-sectional approach . The population in this study is as much as 15 health centers , with a sample of 30 people at the registrar . Statistical analysis using the Spearman rank test . The results of this study indicate that the information system is easy to use (86%) in terms of understanding the use and no trouble , and the expediency of respondents answering system useful (89%) in terms of productivity , effectiveness and beneficial overall . Respondents tend to answer agrees with the ease and benefits generated by the system .
