Abstract
The Hospital is an institution whose professional health care service provided by physicans, nurses, and other health experts. Hospital are required to provide health care that is safe, high quality, anti- discrimination, and effective with the interest of the patient in accordance with standart hospital care. Medical record is a file that contains records and documents, among others, the identity of the patient, the result of examination, treatment given, as well as action and other service which have been given to the patient. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the level of knowledge of the behavior of doctors and nurses in charge of patient medical records Result In Emergency Unit at The Jember Clinic Hospital. This study is a cross sectional analytic design. The study sample were completeness bundle of medical records Result In Emergency Unit at The Jember Clinic Hospital 11942 bundle. The data were collected by questionnaire and checklist. Statistical test used Spearmen Rank’s correlation test with α = 0.05 was found that there was significant relationship between the level of knowledge of the completeness of the results of the medical records Emergency Unit at The Jember Clinic Hospital with correlation p value = 0.029.
