Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of knowledge and application of K3 to the level of discipline of employees in PTPN XII Banjarsari Jember. The population in this study were 100 employees. Sampling using simple random sampling technique amounted to 50 respondents. The data used are primary and secondary data. Teknikanalisis data used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using SPSS 16.0 for Windows. The results of the research conducted regression test t test showed that the variables that significantly influence the discipline in the use of PPE is the application of K3 while the variable that has no significant effect on the discipline in the use of PPE that is knowledge. F test regression test showed that knowledge and application of K3 simultaneously have a significant effect on employee's discipline in usage of PPE. The variable that has the most dominant influence on the discipline is the application of K3
