Abstract

Geographic Information Systems Flood Prone District Areas of Jember is a system that can give information on the flood prone areas in each district which are prone regions obtained by Tsukamoto fuzzy calculation in accordance with the terms specified , in addition to providing information prone areas can also provide Opera the health facilities and flood events that preceded . These systems implement the information into the form of a digital map with the purpose to better facilitate the delivery of information . The data used were obtained from BPBD ( Disaster Management Agency ) and BAPEKAP ( District Development Planning Agency ) Jember is then processed into a system that is appropriate and effective . At the end result of this system will display information about flood -prone areas , health facilities, and flood events that precedes the data that is implemented in the form of digital maps for easier delivery.
