Abstract
Arrangement of medical record room that is not ergonomic and integrated with medical recorder workspace. This resulted in the officer having trouble retrieving the file causing a back injury. The purpose of this study was to redesign the filling room according to the anthropometry of the officers, in order to achieve the comfort and safety of the officers. The type of research used is qualitative. The sample of this research is 3 person filing officer. The result of this research is for the size of outpatient filing layout in RSI Masyithoh Bangil. Which is adjusted with anthropometry data of outpatient filing officer is 280 cm height rack after adjusted then the result is 174,13 cm. Size The shelf length is 370 cm, as adjusted then the result is 143 cm. The distance between shelves 75 cm adjusted to 104 cm, The size generated from the measurement in RSI Masyithoh smaller than the size obtained from the calculation. It can be seen that the condition of the room in RSI Masyithoh less adequate and not in accordance with the dimensions of the body filing officer. It would be nice if the condition of the room adjusted with anthropometry data filing officer so that officers feel more comfortable in doing his job.
