Abstract

Hospital is the one of health institution which has organize of individual healthy that prepared of hospitalization, outpatient, and emergency room. Management data and indicator reporting in the RSIA Muhammadiyah Probolinggo by the month or by the year. Is still done manually by the Microsoft Excel program it can’t to presentation on a Barber Johnson graph. The purpose of the research to make indicator of application inpatients reporting performance in the hospital of mom and child Muhammadiyah Probolinggo as a application to make the report of inpatient performance. the research design is qualitative and the research used waterfall development methodology. The methodology are interview with 2 respondents consist of the headmaster of medical record and the staff of medical record. The result of the research are functional and non-functional about the indicator of application inpatient reporting performance that will be created. The necessary will be translated into system design such as system flowchart, context diagram, data flowdiagram, and etity relationship diagram. The design will be translated into machine language that used PHP programming language and mysql database. The result of the research shows the application make appropriate with the necessary and there is no error. The application can make the RM staff easier when they make indicator reporting in a effective and efficient manner, so it can more optimum if the application applied with SIMRS.
