Abstract

Dhikr clothes is the name of a muslim fashion shirt brand derived from the word “dzikir” in Indonesian language. One of the places is in Yogyakarta Special Region precisely at Jalan Bimo Kurdo No 8, Demangan, Gondokusuman, Yogyakarta. Data processing system, which runs on dhikr clothes Yogyakarta is still done manually, such as writing on a book of transaction to record every transaction and one hour before going home, customer service records all daily transaction on google sheets. The recording of the transaction is used as the transaction reports on the dhikr clothes Yogyakarta for the boss. Data processing on dhikr clothes Yogyakarta can cause problems such as inefficient time because customer service requires twice the work, Recording of goods in and out of warehouses is not optimal, Member of dhikr clothes Yogyakarta is not yet able to know stock items directly and Updating the stock of goods in the warehouse is still done every once a day. In additions the notice of shipping order to member’s still manual, via instant messaging whatsapp or blackberry messenger. Often members ask the existence of the order to customer service. Based on issues that have been raised, it is necessary to develop the Inventory Information System in Dhikr Clothes Yogyakarta. This Inventory information system will facilitate customer service and boss in running their business, because everything is computerized. In additions on dhikr clothes Yogyakarta also be built notification feature every change transaction via email. Email notification features on this system will serve to inform the member, if the order is being processed, has been sent or already received member.
