Abstract

Outpatient service system at Pratama Clinic Rolas Medika Jember still using manual system It is known that if patient does not carry KIB card and if no medical record patient is lost the officer will make a new medical record and make officer difficulties in searching medical record data because have to search manually in the register book. In addition, the documentation of medical records that are still less efficient, making it difficult for doctors to see the patient's disease history. The purpose of this research is to design an outpatient information system in clinical pratama rolas medika jember with Waterfall development method consist of Requirements analysis and definition, System and software design, Implementation and unit testing, and Integration and System Testing. Methods of data collection using interviews and observation. The subjects of the informants were conducted to 4 informants, namely the head of clinic, doctor, registration officer, and pharmacist. The results of this study of outpatient systems created have different access rights for each officer and the establishment of an information system that can display a graph of visits, a graph of 10 major illnesses, on KIA examination can estimate gestational age and the day of birth prediction, facilitate in the case of recording , data search, data storage, and generate reports. This information system can be developed by adding inpatient information systems.
