Abstract
This research aims to know the interaction addition of biofertilizer petrobio on the growth some varieties of tobacco seeds. The research was conducted in State Polytechnic of Jember in April to July 2017. The research was conducted using a factorial Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD). The first factor in this research the addition of biofertilizer petrobio the growing media, and the second factor the treatment of tobacco varieties, (P0 )0 grams/plant, (P1 )5 grams/plant, (P2 )10 grams /plant, (P3 )15 grams/plant and tobacco varieties (V1)Kasturi Jepun, (V2)Kasturi Mawar. The research were analyzed using of variance analysis (ANOVA) if analysis showed significantly different results then followed a further test using the Least Significant Difference (LSD) at the rate of 5%. The research showed that the application petrobio biofertilizer no significant difference in all parameters and Kasturi Mawar tobacco varieties showed highly significant on seedling stem diameter an average of 0.43 cm and the leaves length on average 14,24 cm while the interaction additions biofertilizer petrobio and Besuki tobacco varieties were not significantly different show results in all parameters.
