Abstract
Jember Safety Center (JSC) with Fokus Anak Ibu (FAI) is a web-based and android information system that functions to provide Android-based monitoring of maternal and child health. The role of the user is that midwives are very important in using JSC with FAI to retrieve pregnant women's data on time. The Jember Regency Government in 2017 has implemented the JSC with FAI application to suppress maternal mortality in Jember district, but currently its use is not optimal because there are still obstacles such as users find it difficult to use it. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between system usability, confidentiality and perceived benefits on the intentions of users of users of JSC system FAI. This approach is used to see the relationship between one variable and another with the method Technology Acceptance Model ( TAM) and the research subject was the coordinating midwife using the JSC with FAI. The results of the study show that there is a significant relationship between the usability variables to the perceived benefit (sig = 0.001, r = 0.483), the privacy and confidentiality variable on the perceived benefit variable (sig = 0.023, r = 0.879), and the variable perceived benefits of user intentions (sig = 0.001, r = 0.468).
