Abstract
This study was conducted to determine the value of the performance and value of specific fuel consumption in diesel engines by application of a mixture of biodiesel fuel from used cooking oils with pure diesel. In making this tittle there are four issues that will be discussed, namely: product quality biodiesel from waste cooking oil with a variety of NaOH catalyst, the application of biodiesel fuel from used cooking oil from pure diesel, value performance and specific fuel consumption value. Calculation of performance and specific fuel consumption values obtained from the data types CM12 diesel engine by using fuel mixture and use pure diesel.
