Abstract

Primary Care Application is web-based service information system. There are some troubles in the realization i.e. application is getting error, there is not diagnose code, uncomplete social data and still there is double entry on primary care application, ands IMPUS. This research objective is analyzing Primary Care (P-Care) software acceptance in Kraton Clinic of Pasuruan County. This research use TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) method by usingcross sectional approach. Population in this research is user of primary care application at public health center of Kraton District Pasuruan Regency which amounted to 7 people. Sample in this research is 7 user of primary care application at public health center of Kraton District Pasuruan Regency. Samples taken with saturation sampling technique..Experiment result of relation use correlation test spearman correlation. there is significant correlation between variable perceived usefulness to variable attitude toward using Primary Care (p = 0,02; r = 0,82) with very strong and one tailed corelation, there is significant correlation between variable perceived usefulness to variable perceived ease of use of Primary Care (p = 0,02; r = 0,82) with very strong and one tailed corelation, there is not significant connection between variable perceived ease of use to variable attitude toward using Primary Care (p = 0,4; r = 0,34) with low and one tailed corelation. The suggestion in this research is to conduct internal training related to the use of Primary Care.
