Abstract
Case of Diabetes Mellitus in Jember continues to increase from 2011 to 2015. In 2015 the incidence of Diabetes Mellitus totaling 9266 patients. The increasing total of Diabetes Mellitus in Jember, then integrated coaching post very important to control the number cases of Diabetes Mellitus in Jember with early detection of non-communicable diseases. The totaling of posbindu in Jember is 41 integrated coaching post spread in the working area of public health center. The research aims to create a digital map and analyze the deployment of Diabetes Mellitus and integrated coaching post activities. The results of research that people with Diabetes Mellitus based on gender more female. Diabetes Mellitus sufferer based on age more ≥ 45 years old. The main activities performed at integrated coaching post Sumberwaru and integrated coaching post Jelbuk are measuring body mass index (BMI), body weight (BB), height (TB), abdominal circumference (LP), hyperglycemia, total cholesterol and triglyceride, and counseling. In addition checks, in integrated coaching post Jelbuk there are additional activities such as pulmonary function examination and physical activity or sports.
