Problems that often occur during Tebang Muat Angkut (TMA) season are the sugarcane production capacity that does not meet factory production targets and the accumulation of transportation queues during the sugarcane unloading process. To minimize the TMA process's occurrence, the researcher conducted a simulation to analyze the effective time. The software used in making the TMA simulation is AnyLogic. In this study, researchers used three sources representing sugarcane, land, and transportation. Delay time, arrival time, and capacity are variables that will be tested. The type of arrival time used is the arrival rate and arrival schedule. Researchers used a discrete event simulation model because it implements a system modeling process related to scheduling time. From the experiments that have been done, the arrival time of the sugarcane source is 1 / second, the land source is 1 / hour, and the transportation source is 1 / hour. Then the load capacity of transportation is 600 sugarcane. Then, delay time of cutting and bundle of sugarcane 0.5,1,1.5 seconds; load 0.5,1,1.5 hours; transportation 2,3,4 hours; and unload 0.5,1,1.5 seconds. The best time estimate in the simulation uses the arrival rate of 33.30 seconds, while in the arrival schedule, the estimated time is 33.72 seconds.
