Abstract
Hospital accreditation is recognition of the hospital suplied by independent providers accredited institution established by the minister, having assessed that a hospital has met the standars applicable hospital services to improve the quality of service hospital on an ongoing basis . Efforts to improve the quality of hospital care pursued by following Kaliwates hospital accreditation a new version. The purpose of this research was to evaluate the implementation of informed consent on the rights of the patient and family (HPK) 6 for accreditation in RSU Kaliwates in 2017. This type of research i.e. qualitative research with cross sectional approach. The results obtained on the standard rights of the patient and family (HPK) 6 which consists of 6 standard of accreditation, namely, HPK.6, HPK.6.1, HPK.6.2, HPK.6.3, HPK.6.4, HPK.6.4.1. and a total of 19 elements of research that examined the implementation of the procedure of informed consent in RSU Kaliwates is only able to meet the 3 standards accreditation . Standard HPK. 6 are met 100%, HPK. 6.1 are met 83.3%, HPK. 6.2 are met 100%, HPK. 6.3 are met 100%, HPK. 6.4 are met 91.7% and HPK. 6.4.1 not met (0). Total score achievement standard HPK.6 was 84.21% so the standard graduation criteria in RSU Kaliwates are at a basic level, the level of Vice, the main Level and the pratama levelwith the provisions of the standart minmum value HPK.6 should be 80%.
