Abstract

The aim of this research is to know the influence of leadership, salary and motivation factors against employee performace in PB.Sukoreno makmur kalisat Jember. The population of this research numbered 45 employees, and they are amount of all employees working in PB. Sukoreno Makmur. This research obtaining a sample from a full sampling method or well known as census and using two types of data that are primer data and sekunder data. Technique of data analysis that used in this research is multiple regression data analysis using SPSS 21.0 program for windows. The result of T test regression analysis shows that the leadership, salary and motivation are the variables that influence employees performance significantly. But there are a negative relation between motivation and employees performance. Whereas The result of F test regression also shows the significat of those three variables against employees performance, but the most dominant factor based on analysis is salary.
