Abstract
The study was conducted over five months from November 2015 to March 2016. The study was conducted at Bondowoso and Seed Technology Laboratory. This study used a randomized block design consisting of two factors and 6 treatment combinations. The first factor was the application of seedling age (U), which consists of 10 days after sowing (U1), 15 days after sowing (U2) and 25 days after sowing (U3). The second factor was the addition of liquid organic fertilizer (P1) and without the addition of liquid organic fertilizer (P0). The results showed that treatment applications of seedling age was not significant (ns) to all the parameters, but a very significant effect on the parameters of high plant vegetative phase of 40 days after planting and plant height productive phase of 60 days after planting, the application of seedling age 25 days after sowing ( U3) showed the best results on these parameters. Addition of liquid organic fertilizer (POC) gave significant (*) to the production hectare, as well as the very significant effect (**) on the parameters of the number of grains each panicle pithy. The addition of liquid organic fertilizer treatment (P1) gave the highest result to the production hectare. There was no interaction between application of seedling age and the addition of liquid organic fertilizer (POC) of the 1000 grain weight of seed. Seedling age application 25 days after sowing (U3) and the addition of liquid organic fertilizer (P1)) gave the highest 1000 grains weight.
