Abstract

Rice factory of CV Lahan Mas is one rice factory in Jember, which also produce rice. The producting rice in CV Lahan Mas was reduction experience in two years last. In this research, have tri (3) factors to affecting the rice. The purpose of this study explain what are the factors that affect the production of rice, as well as to analyze and test the influence of the independent variabels are simultaneously, partially and the most dominant influence, and then by analysis of the elasticity of the production of rice itself. The research design used in this study is the type of survey research. Population in this study is a employee of CV Lahan Mas particularly Chairman of the Company, the head of Producting, Machine, and Human Resource. Type of data used in this research is the data time series results in CV Lahan Mas rice production from 2011-2015. The results of the data processing that is processed with SPSS version 14.0 statistical regression model with linear Cobb-Douglas production function assuming OLS (Ordinary Least Square) we concluded that of the F-test all independent variabels simultaneously significant effect on the production of. Testing t test was concluded as follows: independent variabel raw materials and labor variabels significant not effected, while machine hours is significant effected on the production of rice in CV Lahan Mas. Machine hours is the variabels the most dominant influencing the production of rice in CV Lahan Mas. For the results of the elasticity of the variabel availability of raw materials, machine hours, and labor has a negative elasticity value
