Abstract

Hospital statistics is a health statistics using and processing data sources of health care,which focuses on hospital statistics service in inpatient units. Therefore, needs to make the design and manufacture to rate efficiencyapplications of use beds inpatient unitsto determine the quality management services of Mitra Medika hospital in Bondowoso. This research aims to design and develop to rate efficiency applications of use beds inpatient unit based indicator barber-johnson graphusing the waterfall method. The results were obtained stages of designing and manufacturing electronic include the identification of a problem, make flowchart document, context diagram, data flow diagram (DFD), entity relationship diagram (ERD), and design form. With the design and manufacturing applications monitoring of the use beds will facilitate the medical record officer in reporting every month.
