Abstract

Puskesmas Kraton Pasuruan has plans to move medical record room from old building to new wider building with size 43,5 m 2 . The purpose of this research is to design an ergonomic spatial medical record in new medical record room at Puskesmas Kraton Pasuruan. The type of this research is descriptive with data collection technique used are observation, interview, and documentation. The result of this research is the design of medical record room in new building at Puskesmas Kraton Pasuruan Regency in accordance with ergonomic physical environment. The room for medical record room in new building is 43,5 m² with the addition of supporting facilities such as desk, 4 medical record racks for the next 5 years, 2 air condition of 3/4 PK, 6 lamps 25 watt, and the addition of ventilation room 6,51 m². It is recommended to Puskesmas Kraton to add facilities such as medical record racks, refrigerators such as air conditioners, lights, and indoor air vents. These facilities are very important because it affects the comfort and health of officers working in the medical record room.
