Abstract
The purpose of this research is to analyze and examine whether or not the Influence of occupational safety (X1) and occupational health (X2) for the performance of employees (Y). This research collect 75 people out of 300 daily employees in sorting section of PTPN X Ajong Gayasan as the sample of this research. The sampling technique using random sampling techniques. The method of data collection used in this research was observation, questionnaire, and literature study. The analysis technique that used is a multiple linear regression, analysis of determination, F test, and t test by using SPSS 16.0 for Windows. The research result showed that the regression of F test can be concluded that all independent variables significantly influence employee performance (Y) in PTPN X Ajong Gayasan Jember. The regression of t test obtained a conclusion that occupational safety (X1) significantly influence on the employee performance (Y) at PTPN X Ajong Gayasan Jember, while occupational health variable (X2) did not significantly effect on the employee performance (Y) at PTPN X Ajong Gayasan Jember. The most dominant variable in influencing employee performance was occupational safety (X1).
