Abstract

Animation is the result of processing an image or object that can move. Initially animation created using any sheet of paper which is then rotated, forming an object effect moving. In development, manufacturing of computerassisted animation and animation software to be very easy and fast. One of the popular animation software that is Blender. Blender is a free software to create animated 3-dimensional (3D). With features provided by blender and also support for various operating systems, software Blender commonly used by the animation designer. With the Blender as free software, the development of 3D animation to be increased, especially in Indonesia, either as animation games or movies. Therefore, the report will be made a vendor at the stage of rigging 3D animation using Blender software that has characters with substance of education for the people and children - children in order to benefit from the making of this animation.
