Abstract
The number of cases of HIV-AIDS in Jember classified as High. One of the factors that contribute to the high number of cases of HIV-AIDS in Jember is Hotspot. Hotspot influential because if there is a hotspot area then people tend to behave sexually deviant. Deviant sexual behavior can be interpreted as a manner by which the public did not heterosexual intercourse with a partner. Deployment VCT clinic currently not evenly distributed, so that there are regional districts with very high category but do not have a VCT clinic. This study aims to map Against HIV-AIDS Clinic VCT and Hotspot Locations in Jember using Quantum GIS applications. This research was conducted in Jember District Health Office starting October 18 until December 31, 2016. This study is a qualitative descriptive study Spatial analysis. This map shows the attributes geography of a region that contains the number of cases of HIV-AIDS, VCT Clinic locations, as well as the number Hotspot is presented in the form of shades and point. Mapping the spread of HIV-AIDS in Jember district in 2014-2015 there were 11 districts categorized as very high number of cases of HIV-AIDS and there are seven subdistrict with a high number of categories Hotspot.
