Abstract

Safety, health and work environment is one of the important factors that can affect work productivity of employees. The occurrence of illness or the occurrence of accidents that are often caused by a lack of attention to the health and safety system, as well as an uncomfortable work environment that has an impact on the level of work productivity. The success of an organization depends on productivity. Productivity is an important factor for the continuity of the company because it is the key to making improvements every day and can only be done by the workforce. This study aims to determine the effect of work safety, occupational health, and work environment on employee productivity of Semboro PG in Jember Regency. The population in this study were 98 employees of the part of PG Semboro Jember engineering. Saturated sampling techniques are used for sampling, where all members of the population are sampled. Methods of collecting data using observation, questionnaires, interviews and literature studies. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression, person correlation analysis and determination, F test and t test. The results of testing with SPSS 21.0 for windows tools can be concluded that (1) Work Safety Variables (X1) have a significant effect on Employee Productivity (Y) in Semboro Jember PG. (2) Occupational Health Variables (X2) have no significant effect on Employee Productivity (Y) in Semboro Jember PG. (3) Work Environment Variable (X3) has a significant effect on Employee Productivity (Y) in Semboro Jember PG. (4) Work Safety (X1), Occupational Health (X2), and Work Environment (X3) simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Productivity (Y) in Semboro Jember PG.
