Abstract

Citrus plants are plants annual fruit that comes from Asia, China is believed to be the first place where oranges grow. Citrus plant is a plant widely cultivated in muddy areas more rapidly in the village Semboro. This plant is widely cultivated and much sought after because it is rich in vitamin C, potassium and folid acid that can function inhibits cancer cells, yellow fruit also contains hesperidin that can lower the risk of heart disease. tangerine only a small part of the many species and varieties of citrus are already known and cultivated. selling price of citrus fruit is directly proportional to the quality of citrus. If the quality of the oranges is good then the selling price will be high on the contrary if the quality is bad then the selling price will also be low. So far in determining the quality of citrus is done manually and there is no definite reference, n this final project the author will analyze the performance of Fuzzy Logic algorithm to determine the quality of citrus fruit so that this research can determine accurately the quality of citrus fruit.
