Abstract

The implementation of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) in Bhayangkara Lumajang Hospital has decreased in usage from 10 polyclinics to 1 polyclinic. This problem because there are still many officers who use conventional medical records and result in storage that exceeds the load. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship of user attitudes, perceived benefits, perceived ease and user interest in using EMR (Electronic Medical Record) in outpatient units of Bhayangkara Lumajang Hospital. Thi is analytic with cross sectional approach. The respondents were 26 people. This study used multivariate analysis with path analysis test. The results of the study revealed that there was a significant relationship between perceived usefullness towards perceived ease of use (2.86), perceived usefullness towards attitude to use (3.14), perceived ease of use towards attitude of use (2.73), perceived usefulness towards actual technology to use (2.26) , behavioral intention to use towards actual technology to use (2.43), there is not significant relationship between perceived usefulness towards behavioral intention to use (1.42) attitude to use towards behavioral intention to use (0.92).
