Abstract

The research on the Influence Of PGPR Applications (Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria) Cane Root Against The Growth Of Cane Plants (Saccharum officinarum L.) Varieties PS 862 In The Budding Phase, held in August 2018 to January 2019 in the State Polytechnic Of Jember. This study was conducted using Non Factorial Randomized Design (NFRD) with four treatments, PGPR 0ml/L, PGPR 15ml/L, PGPR 30ml/L, PGPR 45ml/L. With observational parameters in the form of plant stem height, number of leaves, number of tillers, stem diameter, stem and leaf wet weight, stem and leaf dry weight and root weight. The results showed a significant difference shown in the height parameters of plant stems at 60 and 90 days after planting, umber of tillers at 121 days after planting, wet weight of stems and leaves 123 days after planting, dry weight of stems and leaves at 125 days after planting and root weight at 128 days after planting. The best treatment was shown at P2 30 ml / L and P3 45 ml / L.
