Abstract

RSUD dr. abdoer Rahem Situbondo has implementing hospital information management since 2008 Promedika application that uses version 3. Missing information led to registration data inaccuracies and generate information that isn’t qualified, purpose of this study was to determine the user’s perception of hospital informnation management system performance in RSUD dr. abdoer Rahem Situbondo. The research methode is descriptive quantitative research, object in this research is application of hospital management information system units of RSUD dr. abdoer rahem and the subject of research is all users of hospital informnation management system. The research of the study showed there flaws and weaknesses of the system aspects Performance, Information, Economic, Control, Efficiency, Service.
