Abstract

State Polytechnic Jember is an institution that uses a website as a means of sharing information about the needs of students, lecturers and employees, namely the Website of State Polytechnic Jember. The State Polytechnic Jember website never measures the quality of software from the end user point of view. One of the international standards used to evaluate software is to use ISO 25010.ISO 25010 is a software quality measurement standard made by ISO (International Organization for Standardization) and IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission) which was developed in 2007. The purpose of this study This measures the quality of the Jember State Polytechnic information technology website using ISO 25010 standards. Data collection methods used are interviews, observation and documentation. And the validity and reliability tests were carried out using SPSS 22. The results of this study indicate that the measurement of the quality of the web of information technology majors carried out with ISO 25010 standards is as follows: Usability characteristics 80.22%, functional suitability characteristics 76.17%, reliability characteristics 77.31 %, performance efficiency characteristics 72.83%, compatibility characteristics 83.72%, maintainability characteristics 78.59%, and portability characteristics 83.84%. From the results of the feasibility test it can be concluded that the Jember State Polytechnic Website has met ISO 25010 standards obtained an average score of 78.95% so that it can be declared a "good" interpretation. recommendations are obtained from the interpretation of "good" in each characteristic item.
